How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order email and zip code from your purchase receipt, or contact our support team and we will process the request on your behalf.
Subscriptions
For subscription plans, you can cancel any time from your account. Access remains until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion and considered case by case.
